By penning a five-year deal with Premier League club Crystal Palace, Eberechi Eze has ended speculation about his future, the Eagles have told via their official website.

An international England U21 of Nigerian descent, Eze leaves Queens Park Rangers with 112 first team games under his belt, scoring 20 goals – all in the Championship.

After an outstanding season with the Hoops that saw him win the Supporters 'Player of the Year awards, Players' Player of the Year and Junior Hoops Player of the Year awards, the 22-year-old was linked with potential moves to English top-flight teams this summer.

In his first words as a Crystal Palace player, Eze stated: "As a football club, I feel like there are great players here and it's an unique opportunity for me to come and be with these players, to bond with them and to progress.

Crystal Palace Chairman Steve Parish added: "Eberechi is a player whose growth we have closely followed. We are pleased that he has chosen to sign us over the other clubs that were interested in him and we feel that this is the right club for him to continue his growth."

Eze played for the youth teams of Arsenal, Fulham and Millwall prior to joining Queens Park Rangers in 2016.
